1. Card on File
•A valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file to reserve any appointment.
•Cards are only charged in accordance with our cancellation, no-show, or late policies outlined below.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
•We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment changes or cancellations.
•Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s).
3. No-Shows
• Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
•After two no-shows, we may require full prepayment for future bookings.
4. Late Arrivals
•Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service, and a late fee or partial service charge may apply.
5. Membership & Prepaid Services
•Missed or late-canceled appointments using memberships or packages will result in the forfeit of that session.
6. Emergencies
•We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to work with you.
By booking an appointment with Knox Blowout + Extension Bar, you agree to keep a card on file and to the terms of this cancellation policy.
At Knox Blowout + Extension Bar, our membership program is designed to give you a seamless, luxury experience while providing flexibility and value. By enrolling in a membership, you agree to the following terms:
1. Membership Billing
• All memberships are billed automatically on a monthly basis to the card on file.
• Billing dates are based on the original sign-up date.
• Memberships are non-transferable and assigned to one individual.
2. Appointment Scheduling
• Members are responsible for booking their appointments in advance.
• Membership services are subject to stylist availability.
• Unused services do not roll over into the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Standard cancellation policy applies: 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the service being deducted from your membership.
4. Membership Pausing & Changes
• Memberships may be paused once per calendar year for up to 1 month with written request.
• Any upgrades or changes to membership tiers will take effect at the next billing cycle.
5. Refunds & Termination
• Membership fees are non-refundable once charged.
• Knox Blowout + Extension Bar reserves the right to revoke memberships due to repeated no-shows, policy violations, or misuse of benefits.
6. Perks & Benefits
• Members may receive exclusive perks, such as retail discounts, priority booking, and special event invitations.
• Benefits may change periodically, with notice provided to members.
All sales on services, memberships, packages, and retail products are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are dissatisfied, please notify us before leaving your appointment so we can make adjustments.
• Services: No refunds. We are happy to offer a one-time adjustment within 7 days of your appointment if needed.
• Memberships & Packages: Non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. Missed or canceled appointments follow our cancellation policy.
• Products: Retail products may be exchanged for salon credit or replacement if unopened, unused, and returned within 14 days of purchase.
